What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent and approachable. We have bi-weekly syncs for the whole company and the CEO addresses the team and allows ample time for Q&A. The Executive team deeply believes in creating a great culture and it is apparent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is that we believe in working hard but also taking time to rest and recharge. We have 24 company holidays, which includes a week break in July and December.People feel like it is easier to take a break when everyone is taking one.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that there are many people involved in the interview process and that we make sure we are hiring people who are great at what they do, but also contribute to our collaborative culture.

What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy the people I work with and the sense of community. We have done a good job of taking this into the virtual realm with everyone working from home and it has made being home all the time so much better.
