My team is brilliant. Everyone is great at what they do and there isn't a single person I couldn't learn something from.

The leadership team hungrily embraces feedback from the rest of the company and is open about communicating the realistic state of the company to employees.

I am an expert in my field but I still learn something every day because OJO isn't afraid to take risks and try new approaches to hard problems.

Our interview process is very thorough. Personality is just as much of a requirement as skill and this ensures we have a team where everyone enjoys working together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is serious about its unlimited PTO. I am able to volunteer during the work day once per week and nobody makes me feel like I am a less valuable employee for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
OJO cares about its employees, its customers, and its community. We have a work-sponsored volunteering day every month *during the work day*. I've never seen a company willing to sacrifice productivity rather than getting employees to volunteer on their own time for company PR
