Everyone is positive and encouraging. We are seeing success with our products as well as impact from our operational work in the health care space. I'm very proud to be part of what we're working on, and even though we're growing at a rate that introduces challenges, I'm excited for the future.

Everybody is on the same team. There are disagreements, but people are responsible and work out differences and allow for discussion where different points of view exist. No one is made to feel like they shouldn't contribute, and most people want to do their best work.
