I'm still a new employee, however, I am included in meetings/emails that are relevant to my work, am connected to people who I need to meet and build relationships with. In addition to welcoming me when I reach out to connect, others reach out to me to bring me in our their projects and/or ideas.

We are a remote first organization and still, most employees attend optional all employee meetings and events, and contribute to our slack channels. This creates an environment where I feel known and welcome. People allocate time in meetings to catch up while still attending to the work.

The leadership team took the time to meet me during the interview process and again when I started. (This did not include the CEO/founders). The asked questions and seemed to genuinely be interested in my perspective and ideas. They offered their time and availability should I need to reach out.
