
Feeling a purpose for what I am doing, getting to connect with great people everyday, laugh, not take everything so seriously, be creative, and actually be encouraged to experiment, safely fail, and learn from mistakes.
Best total rewards package I've experienced. The parent and adoption leave is the best I've ever seen, there are great benefit perks and options, and general work perks. Plus I've seen one of the CEOs advocate for acute changes to benefits when opportunities arise.
(Here I'm speaking only about my direct leadership team.) I've never felt such compassion for everyone on the team in such a direct (through words and actions) way, transparency around our priorities, and advocation for determining what are priorities (or not) to protect our capacity.
That DEI isn't a buzz word, that HR or another dept has to assign a "training" about (yet anyways). It's an inclusive/diverse culture through modeling and expecting associated behaviors top down. May be room for improvement from a career laddering equity/equality standpoint. But overall great!
