They all recognize the benefit of being flexible with employees, especially post-COVID. We are productive even though many of us are Remote. They support Flex Fridays, Quiet Fridays, unlimited PTO. It allows us to balance it all!
We have a true team mindset. We do whatever needs to be done to deliver as promised. I know my colleagues will have my back in a pinch. We thank and recognize each other through our online recognition tool, Kudos!
Our guiding principles - everyone in management and across OnSolve take these values seriously and strives to live up to them. We find ways to interject fun - our Slack channels (All the Animals is a popular one), online Trivia contests, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.
We have the same mindset - deliver big results by being ON. We find time to have fun despite having heavy workloads. I know lots of people are looking at new employment opportunities right now (the great resignation) but I have no interest in leaving OnSolve - I'm having way too much fun!
