I worked there for over a year. I was on load wall. Most of management are terrible. Thier strategy is to exploit the hard workers while allowing others who choose not to work hard to do little to nothing. Management lies to your face to placate. HR lies to new hires about the "flexible" schedule.

Be honest and transparent. Terminate employees who don't meet job expectations. Merit pay. Actually be qualified to do the job you're hired for. Train new employees more than just 20 minutes at the end of orientation.

I work harder than most and my reward is that I pick up the slack of coworkers who do very little for the same rate of pay. Merit based pay would go a long way to make me feel better.
