What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating people with respect. If something needs to get done explain why and ask for help, do not scream and expect people to read your mind. Degrading people as management is not funny, nor constructive

Leading without putting the blame on the lower tier workers who deal with short staffing and low income.

Talk a little more friendly and stop sending people home when you were promised a certain amount of hours.

Doing something.......Anything!!! I have been in management in other companies and this mis-management is hard to watch. Our numbers have gone over a cliff with new manager and lead. They have made it so hard to do our jobs and are so unorganized we are all very frustrated. Help Us!

They do not read emails and are poor at planning ahead.

Following through with what is promised. I shouldn't be left guessing where my next meal will come from because somebody "Forgot" to do a crucial element of their job!

Being more organized and maybe a little more training because they dont know how to run the facility

They need to fire the people who choose not to work or oush people to start doing their jobs instead of heing friends with staff and higher ups

Be honest and transparent. Terminate employees who don't meet job expectations. Merit pay. Actually be qualified to do the job you're hired for. Train new employees more than just 20 minutes at the end of orientation.
