How do I reach someone on the mgmt team regarding a package that was marked "delivered" and I NEVER RECEIVED IT.? I contacted the OnTrac C.S.by submitting a ticket. The response was very vague. " Your package was marked delivered. Contact the seller.
Your drivers in CA are stealing packages, dropping them behind buildings and or handing them to anyone , and not asking for ID . They choose not to go into the building and hand package to front desk thus preventing customers from receiving orders.
