My direct team (smalls scanners) work hard and we get a lot done. We help out wherever we need to, to organize other areas because our management is not. Our GM & Manager continue to make changes that slow down the process and make our jobs harder. I am considering quitting.

Hard workers and team players

My coworkers are great most of them we all work hard they will ask you to work overtime and then they will say you took breaks longer than you did our 2 hours when we've only taken 30 minutes so what's the purpose of working overtime and they find a way to take it back

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Don't hire lovers who don't show up or are there but Are lazy

Management often blows hot air in regards to changes in policies. Leads never follow through on helping retrain employees. Most leads are frequently on the phone.

Stop being lazy because some are lazy

To stop worrying about others work and to learn to help their teammates to when their work is light compared to others.

A better manager that is present

People like LeAmber should listen to what people are telling them and not jump to conclusions and get defensive over their own mistakes.

Maybe learn how to work as a team and help each other out

If they were trained to do the job well. If management actually managed employees and tried to ensure everyone was doing thier fair share of the labor and fire the dead weight

Executive team needs to step up

Laerning to load their vans better

Listening to rules but they don't cause management doesn't care

Getting the packages on time to deliver them we get them extremely late and they expect them to be delivered every single day

Learn to speak English not Russian
