Get people the money they work for
A manager and lead that listens and acts. A GM that quits making the job harder and less safe by taking away assets. The frustration is high. Many long term talking about leaving.
Management needs to learn how to talk to their employees in a respectful way not bullying or threatening their jobs when they don't get their way firing people unnecessarily for the wrong things and things that they can sit down and talk to you about instead of talking to you like your child

Make sure that the people in charge show through thier words and actions that they value thier employees instead of treating them like they are disposable.
