
Management needs to learn how to talk to their employees in a respectful way not bullying or threatening their jobs when they don't get their way firing people unnecessarily for the wrong things and things that they can sit down and talk to you about instead of talking to you like your child
In all honesty someone over Management's heads needs to come in and take a look at what's going on you need surprise visits not schedule visits then you will be able to see what's going on because they won't have time to come anyone people on what to do and not to do
My coworkers are great most of them we all work hard they will ask you to work overtime and then they will say you took breaks longer than you did our 2 hours when we've only taken 30 minutes so what's the purpose of working overtime and they find a way to take it back
