The team here is transparent and helpful. We all have off days, but the team here is quick to jump in and help out. My managers give honest feedback in a productive way which I can make good use of and learn more about our platform and how to help our clients.
While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.
