Management needs to listen to our complaints and act on them in a timely manner and give us feed back.

Supervisor shows alot of favoritism towards some employees, I feel that I have to work alot harder than some employees who do the same job as I do. I always work as a team helping others with their assignments but I hardly ever get help when I need it. I need more money and I haven't received any.
