They are easy going and understanding, which is something that I have never experienced at past employers.

Leadership team is good but do not help you Out when you did them to Lack of Leadership at times
They communicate and get things done in a timed and orderly fashion. My supervisor is a very good leader and doesn't make you feel anxious when he's around like some managers at other jobs might.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management 101 is what should be required of every manager.
First they need a union
Treat your employees with some respect , pay employees better than what they get. For an example you have one driver on night shift that does the ntl job while the one that is really supposed to be doing it is no where to be seen
Communication and they need to stop letting new employees get bullied. As a new employee I am appalled at the way new employees are treated.
