What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a safety first type of environment.
Everybody getting the work done
Get the work done move on to the next assignment calculate profits.
Company would be a nice place to work for if They would listen to there all employees not just shorten ones

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company should treat the employees fair Pay should be fair not others getting paid more
Complete overhaul of company culture.
Recognize the effort of everyone instead of putting each group against each other. Planning, production, sales, finance, food service and food merchandising. Leadership needs to give direction and hire about 1000 more people to actually function properly. Treat customers better than a rented mule
Work load needs to be distributed more evenly, especially among plant management
