They are easy going and understanding, which is something that I have never experienced at past employers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management 101 is what should be required of every manager.
First they need a union
Treat your employees with some respect , pay employees better than what they get. For an example you have one driver on night shift that does the ntl job while the one that is really supposed to be doing it is no where to be seen
Communication and they need to stop letting new employees get bullied. As a new employee I am appalled at the way new employees are treated.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay i guess thats all
Knowing I have retirement and awesome benefits
make own selection for benefits
Thats it covers my health problems
The package gives the chance to take care of a lot issues that I could not before. I can now focus on saving for retirement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Be...payed ..much .more... better...more .. benefits
Pactiv hires alot of contractors that end up hanging in the balance. Pactiv loses alot of good workers because we don't get great pay or company benefits such as PTO to those workers. Pactiv has great people but contract workers dont fully feel like part of the family due to this

What are some of the best things about your team?
Family type of environment with my team
Their work ethics and the team feeling.
The team I work with are, generally, more than willing to work on anything together. We communicate well with one another and can cover for each others' weaknesses.
We work to get the job done
Bunch of nerds who think about video games.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone here tries. Lack of training and lack of skills makes this place a blind leading the blind scenario
Better pay, better work, better management
New employees are bullied because they don't work as fast as employees that have been there for a while.

Its a safety first type of environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company should treat the employees fair Pay should be fair not others getting paid more
Complete overhaul of company culture.
Recognize the effort of everyone instead of putting each group against each other. Planning, production, sales, finance, food service and food merchandising. Leadership needs to give direction and hire about 1000 more people to actually function properly. Treat customers better than a rented mule
Work load needs to be distributed more evenly, especially among plant management

The should make it mandatory drug testing and back ground checks

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire stackers and lab technicians.
Shortages. Mass exodus of talent. Under funded on projects. Production has no shot of recovery.
New employees are bullied to the point they quit. And they wonder why they can't keep help.
