When I was Hired I had some problems with some of my co-workers and my supervisor and Ihave complained but I get no satisfaction out of the feedback. Tired of the same ole stuff.
Being able to watch my team grow.
Not great. High work load coupled with lack of resources and little effort to understand the experience of front line workers makes the work environment difficult and unrewarding
