
Respect, appreciation, higher salaries, learn about the tech you are selling - direct mail campaigns are outdated, and acknowledgment.
Clearly define expectations, hire off of skillset, not friendship, and be willing to learn from staff members who are actually executing and researching the work.
Compensation is below standard, benefits aren't great, and the hierarchy within management is comparable to that of a Highschool - it's all about who you know. One of the worst company cultures I have ever seen.
