
Offer supports at all levels within organization. The VP is well engaged with all part of the CRC's project.
The compensation does not match the amount of work we put in being in a leadership/supervisor position. Especially when there at employees making the same amount with continuous overtime.
One thing that makes me happy at work is to share my knowledge and my out of the box thinking to implement new ideas/process improvement for the company. Also leaving work and feeling accomplished.
