I get to work with my dog beside me how great is that-if i worked out of the home she would be here alone and she makes me feel happy
The flexibility to work around the things that would be a problem in a hospital. I like that I can take my breaks and lunch whenever I need to as long as I get my work hours done
I like that people are kind, that is really undervalued most places, patient and understanding and don't make you feel stupid if you need to ask for help or a second opinion, questions about policy etc. People here are great.
I struggle to pay my basic bills, I never have enough money since groceries went up. this year our vision benefits don't cover as much so i had to spend my entire fsa on glasses and contacts so i can see to work. i wish i had enough money to buy clothes or go to a movie sometimes or even go see fam
I love how we all assume we are doing our best, we do what we can and if a mistake is made they know it wasn't done on purpose instead of a slap down they show you how to do it right, you correct it and learn, it makes me better. I love that they are there to back me up if I have a question
