The career advisor you are assigned to, will talk to all the managers and partners you have worked with during the year and receive feedback from them. S/he will then write you an evaluation, part of the evaluation is whether or not they believe you should be promoted. This evaluation will then go to the "Roundtable" meeting where all the partners and managers at your office location will be attending and they open it up to everyone to speak on your behalf. After the Roundtable meetings is completed all promotions will be placed in front of the committee and signed off on. O
