    Jeff Bell is genuinely caring and empathetic about his employees ("LegalShield family") and his customers. He is passionate, charismatic, welcoming, organized, and drives for innovation and improvement. He cares about overall well-being of all, and encourages ongoing growth and learning. Highly respected overall.

    For the most part, everyone like Jeff Bell. He's charismatic and excited about the company. Sometimes the policy change comes out of nowhere and without much preparation though.

    The CEO is borderline abusive, up to and including physically (throwing things at people is not unheard of).
