After a little more than a year on the job I am not as challenged as I was. However, the work is still intense.

Overall, I would say the morale is good. A lot of people who are just beginning in the customer support area are discouraged at the number of hours , the lack of any downtime , and the low pay that I already mentioned.

There is a lot of diversity. I think I can honestly say there is very little discrimination of any kind.
