
The company has been going through a lot of changes. I used to feel a lot more aligned with the mission and culture. However, it seems like we hired the executive team in North America, and Europe just became an underestimated and undervalued labour that has to conform.

working together in teams, sharing ideas & acting upon them
That there is always something new to learn in each day
They're obviously smart and determined to take the company to another level
inclusion and moral equality between people, not that much of a reward equality
I believe my comps is just not aligned with my skills & abilities anymore
