Upper leadership needs to have something in place to rate their manager anonymously during the year. Otherwise, managers (like mine) will continue to get away with bullying his or her employees and not following company rules (the same rules employees have to follow).
It all starts with the top, upper leadership and management. If a manager has a complaint against an employee, why doesn't the employee have a say or an opportunity to rebut? Why has my manager gotten away with bullying his reps and creating a hostile working environment?
