What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem relatively transparent in their dealings.
The lead, he is fair and keeps us posted
They are authentic, empathetic and compassionate leaders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving breaks and being fair
Upper leadership needs to have something in place to rate their manager anonymously during the year. Otherwise, managers (like mine) will continue to get away with bullying his or her employees and not following company rules (the same rules employees have to follow).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO package is quite good.

The people on the team
Everyone is excited when others succeed. We all suceed!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quidel needs to hire and/or promote better managers.
It all starts with the top, upper leadership and management. If a manager has a complaint against an employee, why doesn't the employee have a say or an opportunity to rebut? Why has my manager gotten away with bullying his reps and creating a hostile working environment?

Good process, follow up from recruiter, organized.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask more questions about honesty

Working at a company that values me and my ideas.
My customers make me happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are more interested in molecular testing that is fast.
