Definitely unfair. Much less than market average
Nice people but Mostly not really skilled.
not pertinent to the type of job. people are hired with no competences
no way to grow. no meritocracy. bonus are insignificant and not proportional to performances. zero investment in people training
Nobody knows anything about him. Owners or senior direstor avoid having any contact with employees. They don't say hi and don't talk to you
Managers decide. But it is extremely rare to get promoted. A consultant can income a senior consultant as counter offer when he/she quits
