Our demand has doubled and the only people to benefit from the labor is upper management. We've not even been offered hazard pay for our work which is largely with the public.
Well write ups for poor behavior have seemingly done nothing, so I don't know what the fix could be other than terminating their employment. However that sort of action is above my paygrade. Also it would be nice to be recognized for work put in and being consistent.
I'd like to have more time in the morning to be allowed to do prep as it affects the operations with how busy my particular store is. Possibly that our hard work isn't overlooked and those who haven't earned rewards aren't rewarded. I'm not sure what im doing wrong if anything at all.
My position isn't given enough time to open and we are rushed constantly even with our already fast pace. There is no room for advancement, i was given to prior raises and when minimum increased I went back to making minimum wage all over again and my pay raise was not even thought about again.
