Make targets for compensation fair. Maybe a ts per tm vs %. Scoreboard is a mess with higher # sales per tm not able to beat those with low year over year goal Hourly pay is no better than flipping burgers Raises only 1x per year and you might not even get one at all Commission is confusing
Our leader truly cares about us. Some leaders work to promote from reps See some upward movement We fight for eachother Sometimes it seems like we are all fighting to just keep jobs in this economy. If traffic is down we want to do all we can. We call and call and market and want to win
