
We connect on a personal level and are very helpful/invested in each other's success.
Most of us take on a large workload and I feel that this is acknowledged in the expectations we place upon each other.
I have too much work. Our team is understaffed due to budget constraints and I am not good at setting boundaries so I end up working too much because I hold myself to a standard that is too high to accept subpar work.
Hard to say - I don't have that much direct interaction with them so my impression of them is based mainly on corporate communications, etc. It does seem like they roll up their sleeves and get involved in the nitty-gritty of what goes on here though, and I get the sense that they are hard workers.
