
My team is quite independent and has a lot of knowledge. Everyone helps everyone. These people are what keeps the money coming in, yet we have a lot of incompetent leaders who cost a lot of money.
My yearly performance review went very well, yet it doesn't matter how I perform as the company won't grant any pay rises, only minor ones which do not even cover inflation. Everyone is getting the same small so-called "pay rise", no matter how they perform.
The leadership team has no empathy at all, at least the EU one. Promises are made and half a year later broken, they don't care about the people below them. As a leader, social competencies are the most important part of your job, but everyone here lacks in that department.
