Scheduling is easy. They were respectful of my time.
We support one another because there is zero support from management. If we don't hold each other up, we have nothing.
Management needs to be respectful and stop drinking the kool-aid. We don't buy you propaganda so stop with the BS and just be real with us.
Less micro-managing of your employees (ie, "monitoring" phone calls without providing feedback) and more actual work of providing us with the tools we need to do our job.
Management constantly tells us we are a team and they're looking for creative ideas for XYZ. Any and all ideas presented are immediately shot down and we're told a variety of reasons it won't work. When you don't offer up any more ideas because you're defeated, now you're not a team player.
Treat your employees like you believe they can do the job you hired them for. Stop micro-managing. Provide us with the tools to do our jobs. When you ask us what customers are saying, don't say that's not true or educators don't think like that. How do you know? You're not talking to them.
