I enjoy the job I do and the difference I make.

Company changes, discipline has had a very negative impact on employee moral.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Direct leadership is great. Leaders in other departments and plant manager do not communicate well. Not strong leaders in my opinion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are older and have been around for quite a while. They have grown "stale" and the ones ready for retirement don't care anymore.
