Overall it is very neutral. After a steep learning curve, I don't feel like there are many opportunities for personal growth without actively seeking it out. They are not presented in a way that allows associates to take those opportunities without damaging the timeline of a project.

There is no incentive to stay here for longer than 5 years to get the full 5% match in the 401k. The same problems the company had when I first started, training being a major one, is still an issue.
