Very accessible. Trying to be transparent. Regular employee communication, monthly manager meetings, and occasional town halls.
They are very accomodating and very good at management.
They are too new to rate
I like how they are always there to help with any questions

We have one of the best leadership teams. I love that the leadership listens to the associate's feedback and makes adjustments.

Understanding the business and people
They need to compensate better and promote a better culture.
Communication and Transparency. Tell us exactly how each individual team is doing as the year progresses.
The non-salary components are great. Consistent bonus, great medical insurance, great 401k match and profit sharing.
Incentives and salary are also good. It is Just like any other Captive BPO.
401K match is excellent for small company
I am paid for performance.
Review from Operations Dept
The 5% match and the profit sharing
If leadership cared about people or clients
They need to atleast pay as per market value.
I feel like with what call center associates go through and deal with, we should definitely be paid more.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay is below industry standard for type and amount of work performed.
I have found that within the company you are hired on to do one job but quickly find yourself wearing multiple hats but the extra roles you provide do not get compensated.
My team is very supportive and great
Incredibly knowledgeable, hard working individuals that want to win. I love my coworkers!
They are all knowledgeable people and experts in their field.
Excellent collaboration, communication and camaraderie.
Very helpful team to work with
Review from Operations Dept
Not to he afraid of leadership
They must improve their language skills and become more knowledgeable about their work.
The pace is very, very fast. Because of this, there are incredible opportunities to learn and the days go by very fast.
The work is done in collaboration and with the support of my teammates.
My co-workers are great. The culture is very old school.
The activities that the company does

The culture supports innovation and encourages everybody to be creative with technology, processes, etc.

Honesty and care and support lacking
Need a management change for sure
Nothing. It's all good and excellent.
Pretty much basic questions were asked
It was excellent and very encouraging.
When they brought me in, I interviewed with everyone in one day. I spent 3 hours there, but received an offer the next day.

Knowing that I will have the resources available to me to be successful.
Leadership is out of touch with "little people"
Need to promote a better culture and hire better people
Culture is shifting right now. Lots of uncertainty. Slow to enact a more standard remote work policy. Some Director level managers are making changes that are confusing or don’t make sense. Many new managers do not understand the business and industr
Nothing is going wrong. Everything is alright for now.
There is no incentive to stay here for longer than 5 years to get the full 5% match in the 401k. The same problems the company had when I first started, training being a major one, is still an issue.
Collaboration among employees to complete their work daily.
What I like best about SE2 is that we know the company culture needs to shift and become 1SE2 and are doing our best (slowly) to make associates feel included and part of the team.
The people who we work with. 99% are awesome
Timings of the work can be improved.
I would like to see associate pay rates raised.
Pay for some positions is lower than industry standard. Some associates expected to put in 50+ hours without compensation.
