The non-salary components are great. Consistent bonus, great medical insurance, great 401k match and profit sharing.

Incentives and salary are also good. It is Just like any other Captive BPO.

Pay is below industry standard for type and amount of work performed.

I have found that within the company you are hired on to do one job but quickly find yourself wearing multiple hats but the extra roles you provide do not get compensated.

Leadership is out of touch with "little people"

Need to promote a better culture and hire better people

Culture is shifting right now. Lots of uncertainty. Slow to enact a more standard remote work policy. Some Director level managers are making changes that are confusing or don’t make sense. Many new managers do not understand the business and industr

Nothing is going wrong. Everything is alright for now.

There is no incentive to stay here for longer than 5 years to get the full 5% match in the 401k. The same problems the company had when I first started, training being a major one, is still an issue.

What I like best about SE2 is that we know the company culture needs to shift and become 1SE2 and are doing our best (slowly) to make associates feel included and part of the team.

Timings of the work can be improved.

I would like to see associate pay rates raised.

Pay for some positions is lower than industry standard. Some associates expected to put in 50+ hours without compensation.
