The purpose of our company is to disrupt the publishing industry, put the publishers out of business, and show people that self publishing is not only an option, it's the BEST option. I have worked at Self-Publishing School for over a year and I love it! SPS is growing fast so it requires you to bring your best every day. On a personal note I was granted paternity leave even when I wasn't technically eligible. I am so thankful to the leadership team here!

They are honest, they give their best, and they care about you as a person in addition to your performance. They gave me special exceptions to vacations and time off I needed for my family that is invaluable.

We have a culture of improvement. "Best is Standard" is one of our pillars. This is both a good and hard because it requires you to bring your best every day and when you "mail it in" it shows and it's not something you can hide. I think that is both good and challenging.
