The publishing industry is broken. Big publishers suck. Our company exists to show people there is a better way... A way that doesn't involve using a publisher, wasting 2 years of your life, giving away your creative liberties, giving away your book royalties, and relying on a publisher that doesn't market your book. read more

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have a culture of improvement. "Best is Standard" is one of our pillars. This is both a good and hard because it requires you to bring your best every day and when you "mail it in" it shows and it's not something you can hide. I think that is both good and challenging.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
