Biggest issues is that they lacks diversity. They don't properly compensate employees even thought the business continues to grow year after year.
Customer Service and Last Mile logistics.
Fix your silly customer support issues. You pitch your company as being high end but the customer service work is terrible... I'm returning a purchase and buying it again at a lower price because someone cant make and adjustment over the phone.
They should care about their employees and their general well being not just if they are smiling at a client
