Dont assume customers are stupid. Your current Shipping explanation is very vague and manipulative. Small, Medium and Large means SIZE...yet during a recent sale it clearly meant price point when applied to rugs. Dont have a "sale" snd then fleece consumers on shipping. You lose sales.
They should care about their employees and their general well being not just if they are smiling at a client
Fresh approach to interior design.
Fix your silly customer support issues. You pitch your company as being high end but the customer service work is terrible... I'm returning a purchase and buying it again at a lower price because someone cant make and adjustment over the phone.
