Management is terrible throughout the ENTIRE company, understaffed, employees who have worked here for years and contributed a lot were let go, managers never do as much as the SRs
We work together, we see the bigger picture.

The company does not understand customer service. When ordering a label gets created but the item does not ship. When you call customer service tells me ill have to wait 15 business days not strait days before the reship. But they never shipped. You have my money for 16 days and still no item. wow!
Treat customers woth respect rahter than be condescending
They are fun to work with.
