
We have a culture committee that only seems to focus on celebrating odd days of the year with food and drinks. HR does a terrible job of creating company-wide culture and upholding it. At our latest company meeting our head of HR got up in front of the company and basically handed over control of cultural to each individual manager. That's not how it should work. That was her chance to set the tone for thing such as our work from home policy. That was extremely disappointing.
