Getting to be human. Being able to relate to my customers and invest time into developing our knowledge, and into identifying and resolving their issues without insane metrics that force us to sacrifice quality out of fear of underperforming.
The leadership team continues to remind us of our common goal and encourages us to build community and help one another to reach said goal. At Squarespace, when I interact with leadership, I don't just feel like a number & that the company knows its cost effective to retain and retrain than replace.
I am grateful for everything SQSP has to offer. I love my job, this is one of the best places I've worked. Culture is great, teams are wonderful. It really comes down to the hourly wage for my customer facing role not meeting cost of living. Without the income, no personal budget restructure helps.
