I find that when I meet a new peer it's like meeting a new friend. Everyone approaches each other with an open heart and mind, allowing for really compassionate and fun conversations. It's always exciting to get to meet and work alongside peers.
The compensation process is very mechanical and hidden. It doesn't make me feel valued as an individual in the company. It's less about the pay itself and more about the attitude towards pay. Additionally, the CustOps department is paid pretty low - even if it is the market value.
