
I am excited to be at work because I know that I will be learning something new and assisting customers in using a product that I am passionate about.
I love the intensity that my team has for learning about the product. On a daily basis we are helping each other to solve problems. We also interact with different teams, which makes it feel that much more inclusive.
We have additional quarterly bonus structures that incentivize us to carry out our team's current goals. These encourage me to perform at a higher level, further compensating me, but also teaching me more about the product in the process. It's win-win.
I love how accessible the leadership team is to every employee. Communication between managers and executives can be done via Slack, email, or even Zoom. Stampli leadership has made it paramount to everyone's success by being personally invested in the growth of both the individual and the group.
