People are open minded, they help one another, which sometimes can slow up the pace since they leave their desks, but overall fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one is ever paid fairly. you are always either over paid or under paid. I would love a yearly promotion. I put in a lot of work every day, but I'm still not in the radar.
