What's the office vibe like at Starbucks?

Everyone SAYS they’re nice and acts that way but you can’t be too personal and some people if you are even a little bit they twist it to try and step on you. All of it is passive aggressive and you don’t see it coming.

Mostly professional, but we are all friends so there are definitely times when things get inappropriate, like jokes and language. But working here you become part of a community and everyone has each other's backs

Like a big family.. we bicker with eachother but at the end of the day we are a big family..

Office vibe... there isn’t one. We are always on the floor doing something

In my store, it's like a family. Close knit.

People tend to be head down.
