What part of Starbucks's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?

Caring about its employees. We have money to invest in ourselves, why don't they? We constantly have broken equipment and lack of parts to fix the equipment. Our managers act like we are going bankrupt. Invest money into your roasting plants, or you wont be able to stock your stores,

The mobile order system is growing more and more, the orders we get through the mobile system have impacted the rest of the system. The staffing and importance of the average employee has become difficult. Making for a general loss in support the store staff feels.

We are always getting new recipes for new drinks, and our food is growing slowly but surely. Our coffee sales seem to be down and they are limiting amount of coffee being out in stores because of that.

Their sales of the sugar drinks. Less and less get coffee. We are beginning to act like a fast food franchise and getting away from the coffee shop feel.

I think the part that is growing fastest would be the personal relationships that are created on a daily basis and I’m unsure what part is having difficulties

MO&P is growing and just the customers understanding the policy of some things is the difficult part

Manufacturing. Exterior non “fundamental” departments like design, legal affairs etc
