really stingy when I worked there. You start with two weeks PTO - that includes sick leave AND vacation. I think it goes up after 5 years.

It's great after five years - four weeks paid vacation. After 10 years you can take 6 months or 1 year for a sabbatical.

Use it or lose it. 200 hours after ten years and then nothing more. An unpaid leave. That's it.

The vacation hours are fine, they stack up pretty well as long as you don't use them.
