The current CEO is viewed very unfavorable, most of the staff feel like the current direction and focus of the company has gone from people to making money and the dollar. The heart and soul have been devalued.

I'm excited about Kevin. I think he brings a sense of responsibility and process that is a refreshing balance to our previous "innovate at any cost" mentality.
